Last week i was at a customer and they wanted to enable Usage Reporting. I said, 'no problem, i can fix this'.

It was for the site www.ziekenhuiswerk.nl.

 

So i started by enabling several things. Check this blog for the details about enabling reporting. Which gives a good guide to enable reporting.

 

So after doing this i got data but not the data i expected.

 

As you can see no graphs. Hmm, what has gone wrong here? I e-mailed Robin of sevenseas ,since he made some changes to usage reporting, and he may know this.

 

He Mailed me back that i had to enable all the standard SharePoint features. This is exactly what i missed in all blogs i have been reading. So after enabling these these feature i got the graphics, pfhhh, but hé my graphs are grayed out and before i had data! Mmm, what is wrong here....

 

Actually nothing is wrong. It takes 1 to 2 days to see the visits on your site.

 

I hope that with this blog i help the people who are having the exact same problem as i experienced.
